Lee Primary Care & Lee Primary Plus

Individuals with no healthcare insurance will many times delay seeking medical care for as long as possible. Untreated illness and injuries often result in expensive emergency room visits, longer recovery times and onset of chronic illness.

Affordable and easy access to family practice medicine can provide and encourage:

• Early treatment of health  conditions

• Wellness  exams to diagnose disease and to maintain health

We are proud to announce that we are offering two options:

• Lee Primary Care is for individuals that do not have access to primary care in the private sector, cost $35.00 per visit 
• Lee Primary Care Plus is targeted at small businesses that can not afford healthcare insurance.

Lee Primary Care Plus is offering affordable family practice medicine to benefit both employees and small businesses of Lee County. Lee Primary Care Plus does not provide emergency care or worker's compensation visits. The employer pays $25 a month or $300 annually per employee and there is a $15 co-pay per visit is paid by the employee.

Medical History, Physical Exams and Vaccinations as appropriate
Laboratory Screening and Diagnostic Testing
Care for chronic diseases such as High Blood Pressure and Diabetes
Acute Care such as:
Minor Lacerations and Injuries Ear Infections
Sore Throat
Respiratory Infections
Digestive Disorders and more!

Offers affordable routine healthcare for the uninsured. We offer physical exams, vaccinations, lab testing, basic acute care and EKG services. Care for chronic diseases such as high blood pressure and diabetes. Assistance with medications for those who qualify.
