Building Maintenance Building maintenance crews work diligently to ensure that all of the county’s administrative buildings and recreational facilities provide a safe and professional atmosphere in which to conduct the county’s business. These crews are responsible for meeting all federal, state and local regulations pertaining to building and safety codes, maintenance of HVAC and electrical systems and building renovations and updates.
