Telecommunication Services

Telecommunication Services includes all support systems for voice communications at Lee County Govermnment. Work involves management of a Mitel VOIP system, a Nortel Option 11c PBX system with remote shelves, Meridian Mail and Call Pilot voicemail, digital/analog switching mechanisms, user headsets, dialtone management, call routing, extension add/moves/changes, and billing maintenance.
