General Services Divisions

Building Maintenance
Ronnie Lee. Supervisor

download Building maintenance crews work diligently to ensure that all of the county’s administrative buildings provide a safe and professional atmosphere in which to conduct the county’s business.  These crews are responsible for meeting all federal, state and local regulations pertaining to building codes, safety concerns, maintenance of HVAC and electrical systems and building renovations and updates



Grounds
Wayne Broome. Horticulturist

download (2)  Grounds crews are responsible for the outside appearance of the county’s administrative buildings and parks.  Their general landscaping responsibilities include lawn maintenance, planting and care of flowers and the planting, care and removal of trees.Grounds crews also maintain and landscape the county’s 10 parks.  In addition to their general landscaping duties, grounds crews also maintain and line the county’s 15 ball fields.



Housekeeping
Sharon Valentic. Supervisor

The county’s housekeepers are responsible for cleaning all of
