Horton Park
Is located at 1515 Washington Avenue, has 8 picnic tables under the shelters, and accommodates 80 people. There are grills located at the shelter. Horton Park also has a basketball courts, and a new playground area. Ballfield may be rented for a separate fee contingent upon availability. Water and electricity are not available at this park. This facility must be rented at least 3 business before event by 5pm.We Do Not Accept American Express
Rental Fees:
$25 per hour - 2 hour minimum
Additional $15 fee for non-county residents.
Ballfield Rental Fees:
$10 per hour without lights
$20 per hour with lights
