Community Partnerships

Community Health Education and Promotion (CHEP) recognizes the importance of community partnership in promoting change and equitable access to a healthy lifestyle. Within our community, there are organizations and individuals that have inimitable insight and knowledge supporting the program’s efforts.  Lee County’s CHEP program acknowledges the vast network of community partners that support our efforts to facilitate change.

Current and previous collaborators include, but are not limited to:
