Information and Options Counseling is a service designed to link persons with resources available to meet their needs and/or interests.  The primary goal is to provide a continuum of access services (information, assistance and options counseling) to facilitate informed decision making about the range of long-term services and supports (LTSS) and serve a key role in the streamlined access to supports.
