- Vehicle Registration (not necessary if bringing completed MVR33A)
- Vehicle Insurance (not necessary if bringing completed MVR33A)
- VA Summary of Benefits letter dated within one year of today’s date (only needed for Disabled Veteran or Partially Disabled Veteran plates)

Disabled Veteran Hunting and Fishing License
- DD214
- VA Summary of Benefits letter dated within one year of today’s date
- Driver’s License or State ID

Disabled Veteran Property Tax Exclusion
- DD214
- VA Summary of Benefits dated within one year of today’s date MUST INCLUDE EFFECTIVE DATE OF 100% Permanent and Total rating.
