Veteran License Plates MVR33A

• DD214
• Vehicle Registration (not necessary if bringing completed MVR33A)
• Vehicle Insurance (not necessary if bringing completed MVR33A)
• VA Summary of Benefits letter dated within one year of today’s date (only needed for Disabled Veteran or Partially Disabled Veteran plates)

Disabled Veteran Hunting and Fishing License

• DD214
• VA Summary of Benefits letter dated within one year of today’s date
• Driver’s License or State ID

Disabled Veteran Property Tax Exclusion

• DD214
• VA Summary of Benefits dated within one year of today’s date MUST INCLUDE EFFECTIVE DATE OF 100% Permanent and Total rating.
